The HR Specialist supports clients and the internal HR team by providing customized solutions across various HR functions. Key duties include executing onboarding, conducting audits, and assisting the HR Business Partner with client support.
A bachelor's degree is required, and PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are preferred. Candidates must have HR experience, computer proficiency in Microsoft and G-Suite, and a valid driver's license.
