The Patient Care Technician provides alcohol and drug testing while assisting clinical staff with patient flow and medical records. They also support nursing staff during patient admission, treatment, and discharge processes.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and BLS certification, with at least two years of experience in an outpatient or clinical setting preferred. Proficiency in medical terminology, data entry, and various diagnostic testing procedures is required.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 6:30am-3pm or 7:30am-4pm, with some on call.
*Each tech is on call 1 night during the week 4pm to 7am the following morning and 1 weekend a month. Paid $3 per hour for all hours you take call and if called in would get time and a half.
Pay Range: $19.64 - $24.50, based on experience
