Oversee daily operations of a mixed-use residential/commercial project to ensure a high-quality customer experience and well-maintained environment. Manage tenant service requests, perform minor repairs, and coordinate with third-party contractors for building maintenance.
Requires 1-3 years of experience in multi-family real estate or high-service hospitality environments. Must possess a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle, and the physical ability to perform maintenance tasks.

As a proactive and involved team member, you will oversee daily operations and support a positive customer experience with a practical hands-on approach. The role will report to the Senior Property Manager.

Salary Range:
The Building Manager salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 with an annual performance based bonus. The exact compensation offered will be dependent upon education & training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
