The leasing agent is responsible for managing property walk-in traffic, responding to resident inquiries, and performing lease administration tasks. They also prepare daily activity reports and communicate leasing results to the Property Manager.
Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel. Knowledge of federal and local Fair Housing Laws is required, while previous leasing or sales experience is considered a plus.
