Provide overall leadership for the daily operations of a 216-unit apartment community, focusing on property stabilization and long-term performance. Manage operating budgets, oversee maintenance, and lead the on-site team to drive occupancy and resident retention.
Candidates must have proven experience in multifamily stabilization and the ability to lead teams with professionalism. Preferred behaviors include being detail-oriented and dedicated to task completion with integrity.
Within your first 90 days, you've assessed the team, owned the numbers, and have a clear plan. By month six, occupancy is at or above 95%, delinquency is consistently under 5%, and the property is operating on budget.
