Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and opportunity information within Salesforce.com and other commercial systems.
Utilize digital engagement platforms such as Groove, Seismic, and other internal tools to efficiently manage customer outreach and communications.
Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and lead outcomes to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to Marketing for continuous improvement.
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Technical Sales Specialists, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Deliver timely responses to customer inquiries while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service excellence.
