Support the Maintenance Department by ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and comfortable. Assist with the operation and repair of boilers, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems according to standards.
Requires a high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience with mechanical systems and building codes. Must be licensed according to applicable standards and able to interpret blueprints.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Department by ensuring that the facility environment is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, following company policies and procedures. You will assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and other equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
