Evaluate adult and geriatric patients to develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans. Deliver hands-on interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or license eligible and a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program. Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric rehabilitation is desired.
