Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio or West Virginia and possess current CPR certification. Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation is preferred.

PRN employees are required to maintain active employment status by working a minimum of one (1) scheduled shift per month. Additional shifts may be available based on staffing needs.
