Provide care for children with medical complexities within a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care setting. Coordinate with pediatricians, therapists, and families to ensure a nurturing, whole-child experience.
Must hold a current RN/LPN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a negative TB test. Basic computer skills are required, and 6 months of pediatric experience is preferred.
