Provide comprehensive primary care for acute and chronic conditions while managing a high volume of 23-24 patients per day. Lead medical assistants and scribes to ensure operational efficiency and maintain strict chart closure timelines.
Requires a current APRN or PA-C license and at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in Primary, Family, or Internal Medicine. Experience with value-based care and Athena EMR is strongly preferred.
