The Project Manager is responsible for the administrative and managerial aspects of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, and cost reporting. They also coordinate with owners and design teams, oversee subcontractor selection, and conduct regular jobsite meetings.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with at least a 3.0 GPA. Additionally, 2-5 years of design/build experience with a general contractor and proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office are required.
