The Project Accountant maintains financial records for construction projects, including processing vendor invoices and preparing AIA billings. They are also responsible for bank reconciliations, funding request packages, and ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 3 years of experience in construction accounting. Proficiency in GAAP, Excel, and experience with job cost reconciliation are required.
