Your next career opportunity In this role, you will lead day-to-day NMR support for a collaborative, multi-node research platform.You will train researchers, optimise instrumentation, and help shape future magnetic resonance capabilities across the University.
Whatyou willdeliver:
Support day-to-day MMR platform operations, including user training, troubleshooting,schedulingand administrative processes.
Undertake routine maintenance,calibrationand monitoring of NMR instruments, escalating complex issues to senior platform staff.
Develop and deliver inductions, SOPs, trainingmaterialsand advanced capability development for diverse internal and external users.
Provide high-level technical and scientific input to experimental design, dataanalysisand publications with collaborating research groups.
Contribute to strategic growth of MMR capabilities, including new methods, technologies, reportingmetricsand community engagement activities.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, Biophysical Sciences,Biochemistryor related field with relevant experience.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with routine NMR upkeep, including cryogen refills, calibration,maintenanceand solution state NMR.
Provide high-quality research support, contributing to experimental design,troubleshootingand integrated workflows for complex projects.
Build collaborative relationships with researchers, technical staff and industry users across disciplines and organisational levels.
