Lead and manage the showroom and outside sales teams to drive company growth and ensure core values are upheld. Oversee day-to-day operations, develop strategic accounts, and maintain showroom integrity.
Requires at least 2 years of showroom sales management and 4 years of overall sales experience. A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree in Interior Design is preferred.
