The groundskeeper is responsible for performing final apartment preparations, including drywall repair, painting, and light plumbing or electrical work. Additionally, they handle landscaping, pool maintenance, and trash removal to ensure the property remains presentable for residents.
Candidates must have at least one year of landscaping or grounds experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required, and a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred.
