Perform final preparation and small repairs for luxury apartments to ensure they are rent-ready. Tasks include drywall repair, painting, lock changes, and light plumbing or electrical work.
Preferably one year of basic maintenance or general labor experience. Candidates should have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
