The Loader Operator is responsible for loading and unloading equipment, inspecting it for proper functioning, and driving heavy equipment at construction sites. They must also monitor equipment performance, track maintenance, and complete minor repairs as needed.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience and must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and Social Security Card. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, along with the ability to work safely and as part of a team.
