PromptCare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our Patient Services Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in specialty infusion benefit verifications, medication authorizations, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The position will entail the creation of EMR notes, submission of electronic faxes, follow up and logging of recertification documentation from physician offices via CPR+ or Caretend software; as well as the timely communication with patients, physician offices, and sales team of auth requests assigned to payers.
