Teaching Associates provide instructional support to students through one-on-one or small group settings while assisting lead teachers with classroom organization and administrative tasks. They also ensure student safety during class, lunch, recess, and field trips.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. A deep commitment to equitable teaching practices and experience working with diverse student populations is required.
