The intern will research WWII veterans' military service to draft personal narratives and assist with museum conferences and public events. They will also provide administrative support to the Historical Research Services team and contribute articles to the museum's website.
Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in history, museum studies, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong research and communication skills are required.

The National WWII Museum is currently seeking a JCI Intern. Reporting to the Historical Research Manager, the JCI intern will research WWII veterans’ military service, assist with Museum conferences, write articles for the website, and other administrative tasks. This position’s main priority will help with the Jenny Craig Institute’s Historical Research Services which researches WWII veterans’ military service for family members. Through this program, the intern will locate and study veteran records and draft personal narratives on individual WWII veterans using their official military personnel files and other records.
