The Optometrist will perform comprehensive eye examinations and manage ocular conditions for nursing home residents. They are responsible for prescribing corrective lenses and collaborating with healthcare staff to improve residents' visual health.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and a current state optometry license. Experience with geriatric populations and familiarity with EMR systems are preferred.
