The Staff Physical Therapist develops and applies therapy modalities, therapeutic exercises, and functional training for residents. They are also responsible for supervising therapy assistants and aides while documenting patient progress.
Candidates must hold a New York State Physical Therapist license and CPR certification. Physical ability to lift 50-100lbs and strong communication skills are required.
Rate: $35.00/hr
Under the supervision of the Director of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Director, the Staff Physical Therapist provides physical therapy to the residents and supervises the Physical Therapy Assistant(s) and Physical Therapy Aide(s).
