We are seeking an experienced, approachable, and dependable Part-Time Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide hands-on HR support for our employees and leadership team. This position will independently manage day-to-day human resources responsibilities, including employee relations, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, HR systems, compliance, and employee support.Employment Type: Part-Time, Nonexempt
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
Anticipated Schedule: Monday and Wednesday—full days; Friday—half day
Compensation: Approximately $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience
Work Arrangement: On-site
This position primarily performs office and administrative work but requires regular interaction with employees throughout the facility. The employee must be comfortable working in an operational or manufacturing environment and following all required safety policies and personal protective equipment requirements.
