The Master Scheduler creates and maintains production schedules across multiple locations to optimize flow and ensure on-time delivery. This involves balancing demand, capacity, and material availability while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
Candidates need at least 5 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with custom or engineered-to-order products. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Coilmaster is a leading provider of custom heat transfer solutions, partnering with OEM and aftermarket customers across the country for more than 25 years. The company designs and manufactures custom heat exchangers, fluid coolers, remote air-cooled condensers, and related solutions for HVAC, refrigeration, industrial, data center, supermarket, and aftermarket applications.
At Coilmaster, our work is highly customized and customer-focused. We support complex manufacturing needs with engineered solutions, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to reliable delivery. This Master Scheduler role is an important part of that commitment, helping ensure production schedules, material availability, customer priorities, and operational goals stay aligned in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As the Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the master production schedule across Coilmaster’s operations in Arizona, Florida, and Moscow, Tennessee. You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Operations to support on-time delivery, production flow, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working through ambiguity. Because much of the work is custom and may involve one-off builds, this person must enjoy solving scheduling challenges and be able to quickly reprioritize based on production needs, customer impact, material availability, and business urgency.
Success in this role will require strong attention to detail, sound judgment, follow-through, and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with multiple moving pieces.
