The Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical systems within the plant. They will also create and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Candidates must hold a Journeyman Millwright Certification or Red Seal Endorsement and possess 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical blueprints and manuals are essential for this role.

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Millwright to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment within our plant. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Location: Fox Creek, AB. Successful candidate will be responsible for own transportation to and from the plant location.
Hours: 40 hours per week with occasional call-ins to support operational needs.
Wage: $52.00 per hour
Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and hydraulics.
Create and update plant preventative maintenance program.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency of equipment.
Journeyman Millwright Certification in Alberta or Red Seal Endorsement.
Minimum 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing millwright experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience in creating and maintaining a preventative maintenance program.
Ability to read diagrams and technical manuals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
Safety tickets: H2S Alive, First Aid, WHMIS is considered an asset.
