Railserve is hiring dependable, safety-focused Rail Switching Technicians in Apple Grove, WV to support daily rail operations at an industrial facility. This is a full-time, outdoor, hands-on role critical to keeping railcars moving safely and efficiently.Who We Are

In this role, you will operate locomotives, assist with switching operations, and support the safe movement and placement of railcars.
If you are comfortable working nights, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment, this role may be a great fit.
Schedule:
Full time, 8 hour schedules.
(There will be some travel expected initially as we send new employees for training but that will only be a week or two a month for the first couple of months) Schedule may be adjusted due to customer needs.
Compensation:
Starting at $22.00 per hour
