The HR Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for associates and leaders, managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to employee relations. They are responsible for maintaining HR compliance, managing systems like Dayforce and Relias, and fostering a positive community culture.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree or HR certification is preferred but not required.
