The Music Teacher is responsible for delivering music lessons using the Guitar Center curriculum while fostering student growth and retention. They will also collaborate with the store's Lessons Lead and maintain strong, communicative relationships with students and their families.
Candidates must have previous experience in music, education, or a related field and demonstrate proficiency in the instrument they intend to teach. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset are required to ensure an excellent experience for students.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr Non-Teaching Rate and up to $22.35/hr Total Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.
