Oversee and perform the installation, replacement, and repair of residential and light commercial windows and doors. Lead on-site crews, mentor installers, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and operations.
Requires 5+ years of installation experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role and a valid driver's license. Must have a high school diploma and the physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights.
