Provide resident-focused care including bathing, answering call-lights, and performing regular checks. QMAP-certified staff are additionally responsible for passing medications to residents.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and prefers at least one year of customer service experience. Candidates must possess critical thinking skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

The Gardens at Columbine is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community and we are looking for candidates who will provide resident-focused care, are team-players, dependable and want to thrive in an established Assisted Living/Memory Care setting.
Shifts available:
Our caregivers provide excellent resident care. Answering call-lights, completing regular checks, assisting with bathing and other daily needs. Pay is dependent on experience and whether or not you have a QMAP. QMAPs provide care as well as pass medication.
Requirements
Min. 1-year customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Utilizing two-way radio system for communication between departments/team.
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Critical thinking skills
Ability to make decisions and accept responsibility for the consequences
Ability to be organized and efficient
Ability to meet deadlines
The Gardens at Columbine is an assisted living community which also includes memory care in Littleton, CO. It is a locally owned and private pay boutique-style community operating since the year 2000. The campus has 2 separate residences, one for assisted living with 99 apartments and the other for memory care with 26 private apartments. Some of the unique features are: 24/7 nurses on campus; 3 acres of botanic gardens and walking paths; fine dining restaurant style; assisted living apartments include studios, one and two bedrooms; all memory care apartments include private bathrooms.
