The In-House Mechanic is responsible for maintaining the safety and functionality of residential properties through electrical and plumbing repairs. They support renovation projects and resolve maintenance issues to minimize tenant disruption.
Candidates must have previous experience in residential electrical and plumbing repairs and a valid driver's license. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently across multiple properties are required.
