What You’ll Do:

• Restore and maintain the appearance of luxury vehicles through meticulous interior and exterior detailing
• Perform washing, waxing, buffing, polishing, and paint touch-ups to achieve a showroom-quality finish
• Clean, vacuum, shampoo, and condition premium interior materials, including leather, upholstery, carpets, and trim
• Apply protective treatments and detailing products to preserve vehicle appearance and finish
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic imperfections or damage and report findings to management
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring every vehicle meets THE COLLECTION's presentation standards
• Maintain detailing equipment, wash bays, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Uphold THE COLLECTION's standard of excellence in every vehicle you prepare

What We Seek:

• At least one (1) year of automotive detailing experience; luxury or high-end vehicle experience is preferred
• Proven ability to produce exceptional detailing results with outstanding attention to detail
• Experience operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented professionals committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship
• Availability to work the dealership's operating hours, Monday through Saturday, including occasional overtime as business needs require
