The carpenter will perform various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, concrete work, and site layout across commercial and industrial properties. They are responsible for maintaining safety standards, operating heavy equipment, and following directions from site leadership to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of professional carpentry experience and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Physical stamina is required to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights, and operate various hand and power tools safely.
