The Doorman is responsible for greeting residents and visitors, maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere, and managing daily package deliveries. They also handle resident inquiries, provide local amenity recommendations, and ensure building security protocols are followed.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented environment. A professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

The Bozzuto Daytime Doorman delivers a superior customer experience by assisting and greeting residents and visitors to the property, and contributes to achieving and increasing the property’s targeted resident retention goal by building a sense of community for the residents of Bozzuto’s luxury apartment homes
