Provide expert swim instruction to students of all levels while mentoring and training the instructional staff. Ensure a safe swimming environment by enforcing water safety protocols and fostering a positive team culture.
Requires 3-5 years of swim teaching experience and valid NLS, SFA, and CPR-C certifications. Strong leadership skills and a professional demeanor are essential for guiding new instructors.

ALSA is a Private Swim School dedicated to improving the Aqua Lives of children, teens and adults! We are based out of Ottawa, Ontario and offer private/semi private swimming lessons to all ages. We currently operate out of four locations throughout the city for our clients convenience. We are proud to have served over 1200 clients in the Ottawa area and now with the introduction of two new locations in the city we are providing over 300 customized swim lessons per month. Our Mission: We strive to enrich every child, teen and adult's Aqua Life by meeting their individual needs. Our purpose is to develop swimmers in a safe and private/semi private lesson customized to their specific needs.
