Perform thorough inspections of residential properties from roof to crawlspace to identify issues and document findings. Provide clear, professional reports and explanations to help buyers and investors make informed decisions.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Tennessee State Home Inspection License and have reliable transportation. Requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and residency in Middle Tennessee.

You don’t need to swing a hammer or tear out drywall. Your job is to observe, photograph, document, and clearly explain what you see. Think of yourself as a house detective, helping people make informed decisions before they take the big leap.
We keep it professional, but we also like to have fun. No sitting in a cubicle all day, just honest, thorough, quality inspections delivered with clarity and a little personality.
