Au sein du DFO VASSCO de THALES LAS France, vous serez un membre de l'équipe CRM au sein du programme VASCCO. Vous serez en charge du traitement de la boucle courte, liée aux demandes clients directes.
Vos principales missions :
- Etre le premier interlocuteur des clients via la hotline VASSCO
- Répondre aux besoins et demandes clients en garantissant une prise en charge rapide et professionnelle.
- Saisir les demandes clients dans le nouvel outil de ticketing et assurer leur suivi jusqu’à la clôture du ticket.
- Prendre en charge les demandes logistiques, utilisation des outils de la chaîne logistique pour la gestion des flux.
- Générer les demandes de transports et assurer le suivi de leur traitement en lien avec les équipes concernées.
- Contribuez avec les acteurs Thales à l'établissement des réponses de fond, à la formalisation des procédures, à la proposition d'actions d'amélioration;
- Contribuez, sur la durée, aux actions d'amélioration continue.
- Participez à la vie de l'équipe CRM et en particulier aux Animations à Intervalles Courts (AIC)
Avec une expérience idéalement forte à la mise en place de la chaîne logistique VASSCO
Vous possédez une expérience dans la relation client et des connaissances en logistique ou supply chain souhaitées.
Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et en interface avec différents interlocuteurs (clients, équipes internes, partenaires transport).
Vos principales qualités sont : Curiosité, excellent sens du relationnel, capacité à instaurer un contact rapide et de qualité avec le client.
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (solutions de ticketing, outils logistiques).
