Candidates must have experience in commercial roofing and the ability to lead a small team in the field. Proficiency in following safety procedures and using digital tools for reporting is required.

Must follow company safety procedures, lead other workers, be dependable, work without constant supervision, communicate well enough in English to work with customers and the office, and use a phone or tablet for photos, notes, and service reports. A valid driver's license is preferred, but not required for the right person. Some overtime, weekend, or evening work may be required.
