The engineer is responsible for evaluating, selecting, and maintaining cost-effective manufacturing equipment to ensure high uptime and reliability. This includes defining preventative maintenance schedules and providing technical support to repair and process engineering teams.
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or Physics engineering is required, along with 2-5+ years of experience in semiconductor backend equipment. Preferred candidates have hands-on experience with VTT, Vitrox, and Isort systems in high-volume manufacturing environments.
