Manage complex healthcare accounts receivable, resolve claim denials, and analyze reimbursement trends to optimize financial performance. Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to implement workflow improvements and reduce preventable denials.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of healthcare billing and AR experience with expertise in denials management and revenue cycle metrics. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with EOBs and payer portals is essential.

Terra Fertility is seeking a highly experienced Senior Revenue Cycle & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional billing position. We are looking for an individual with deep healthcare revenue cycle experience who can independently manage complex claims, resolve denials, analyze reimbursement trends, identify operational improvements, and help optimize the financial performance of the practice.
The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare billing expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced specialty medical environment.
This position reports to the Revenue Cycle Lead and works closely with patient financial coordinators, practice leadership, clinical staff, and insurance payers.
