The Site Engineer will supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. They are responsible for coordinating with contractors, monitoring project progress, and managing technical documentation and site reporting.
Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or energy projects. Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation, construction procedures, and English is required, with experience in photovoltaic projects considered a strong advantage.

Αρμοδιότητες
· Επίβλεψη των καθημερινών εργασιών στο εργοτάξιο, διασφαλίζοντας ότι οι κατασκευαστικές δραστηριότητες εκτελούνται σύμφωνα με τα σχέδια, τις προδιαγραφές και το χρονοδιάγραμμα του έργου.
· Συντονισμός των εργασιών με εργολάβους, υπεργολάβους, μελετητές και εσωτερικές ομάδες έργου.
· Παρακολούθηση της προόδου του έργου, εντοπισμός καθυστερήσεων ή αποκλίσεων και πρόταση διορθωτικών ενεργειών.
· Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τα πρότυπα Υγείας, Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος (HSE) και τις εταιρικές διαδικασίες.
· Έλεγχος κατασκευαστικών σχεδίων, τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και μεθοδολογιών πριν την εφαρμογή τους.
· Διενέργεια τακτικών επιθεωρήσεων στο εργοτάξιο για διασφάλιση ποιότητας και συμμόρφωσης με τη μελέτη.
· Υποστήριξη του Project Manager στον προγραμματισμό, τον συντονισμό και την κατανομή πόρων.
· Σύνταξη και διατήρηση αναφορών προόδου, τεχνικών εκθέσεων και εργοταξιακής τεκμηρίωσης.
· Παρακολούθηση παραδόσεων υλικών, χρήσης εξοπλισμού και απόδοσης υπεργολάβων.
· Διαχείριση αλλαγών στο έργο, τροποποιήσεων και as-built σχεδίων.
· Επικοινωνία με μελετητές και συμβούλους για την επίλυση τεχνικών θεμάτων που προκύπτουν κατά την κατασκευή.
· Συμμετοχή σε εργοταξιακές συσκέψεις και συμβολή στον συντονισμό και τη λήψη αποφάσεων.
· Διασφάλιση εφαρμογής τεχνικών προτύπων, προδιαγραφών και κανονιστικών απαιτήσεων.
Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:
· Πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού (κατά προτίμηση), Πολιτικού Μηχανικού, Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ή άλλης συναφούς ειδικότητας.
· 2–5 έτη σχετικής εμπειρίας σε επίβλεψη ή εκτέλεση έργων κατασκευής σε υποδομές, ενέργεια ή βιομηχανικά έργα.
· Καλή γνώση διαδικασιών κατασκευής και συντονισμού εργοταξίου.
· Καλή γνώση AutoCAD θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
· Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και κατανόησης τεχνικών σχεδίων και προδιαγραφών.
· Εμπειρία συνεργασίας με εργολάβους, υπεργολάβους και συμβούλους έργων.
· Εμπειρία ή/και γνώση σε έργα Ανανεώσιμων Πηγών Ενέργειας και ειδικότερα σε φωτοβολταϊκά (PV) έργα θα θεωρηθεί ιδιαίτερα επιθυμητή.
· Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες, με ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και τήρησης προθεσμιών.
· Καλή γνώση Microsoft Office. Η γνώση εργαλείων διαχείρισης έργων θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
· Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
