Nextest is looking for software engineers to join an exciting, dynamic, hardworking, engaging, and collaborative team. As a candidate contributor, you will be involved in all aspects of software engineering and complex problem-solving, working with different functions to define, implement, and test new features and functionality. Nextest engineering teams are characterized by deep technical skills working with both software and hardware. Our Engineers thrive in a dynamic, customer-driven, global work environment where they succeed through innovation and collaboration. Internally, we work closely with the Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and QA groups. Externally, we work closely with both our Field support organization and our customers.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $177,900 - $277,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
