The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead the transition of robotic products from new product introduction to high-volume manufacturing at the new Wixom facility. They will develop robust assembly processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, and mentor personnel on manufacturing best practices.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and possess over 10 years of experience in complex machinery or robotics manufacturing. Proficiency in DFM, Lean, Six Sigma, and electro-mechanical assembly processes is required, along with strong mechanical aptitude and collaboration skills.

We are opening a new US Operations hub in Wixom, MI. As our Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a lead role in supporting production activities at the new site and help ensure a seamless transition from new product introduction to high-volume manufacturing for our Universal Robots product line.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $123,200- 176,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
