Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for various semiconductor devices on Teradyne ATE platforms. Provide technical support, perform yield analysis, and collaborate with customers to optimize test processes and coverage.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Microelectronics with at least 2 years of semiconductor ATE experience. Proficiency in programming languages like C++, Python, or VBA and fluency in English and Chinese are required.

The Teradyne Field Applications team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and driven Field Application Engineer, who will work collaboratively with the team as well as independently to determine and develop imaginative, thorough, and practical application solutions.
