The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth within the Nextest Division by building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities globally. They will partner with sales, product marketing, and technical teams to position solutions and successfully close complex deals.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, along with 8–12+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Proven experience in semiconductor test equipment sales and strong program management skills are required.

Business Development Manager – Memory Test Division (China / US / EU/ Japan)
This role is responsible for driving business growth within Teradyne’s Nextest Division by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across global markets. The Business Development Manager partners closely with sales, product marketing, and technical teams to position Nextest solutions and successfully close complex opportunities.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $170,500-$272,800. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
