Requires over 10 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in people management and a background in outdoor mechanical or electromechanical hardware. A BS or MS in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering is required, along with knowledge of safety standards like UL and IEC.

Position SummaryTerabase is hiring an Engineering Manager to establish and lead a Test & Validation function within a hardware engineering program. You will build and manage the team responsible for proving that the product works, lasts, and complies with relevant standards— owning the validation strategy, the certification pathway, the field operations function, and the integration interface with partners
Location & TravelThis role offers a base salary of $150,000–$175,000 (DOE). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each posted range, individual pay is determined based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
