Develop and maintain strong relationships with tournament providers, affiliated clubs, coaches and associations.
Coordinate with officials/referees, including appointment, communication, and ensuring they have necessary tournament information.
Lead the planning and delivery of selected Tennis Victoria-owned and operated tournaments. This includes scheduling, order of play publication and dealing with player requests.
Oversee prize money allocations and distribution in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines.
About you

Experience in coordinating and assisting the delivery of sporting events, tournaments or large scale programs.
An understanding of community sport environments and the operational challenges of delivering events across multiple venues.
Awareness of governance, risk, and compliance considerations relevant to sporting events.
Strong administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
Ability to problem solve under pressure.
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis VIC.
What’s to love?
Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities
