The apprentice will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery, specifically focusing on micro-structure manufacturing processes. They will also monitor production quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform regular inspections to ensure operational readiness.
Candidates must have a secondary school leaving certificate (mittlere Reife) with good to satisfactory grades in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Essential personal attributes include motivation, technical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Dortmund suchen wir zum 01.08.2027 einen Auszubildenden Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d).
Während der Ausbildung werden die Bereiche optische Lithographie, Galvanik und Nanoimprint durchlaufen.
Verschiedene Beschichtungsverfahren, wie Spincoating, Walzenauftrag, Schlitzdüsenapplikation sowie galvanische Beschichtung und Abformung werden erlernt.
Zu den weiteren Ausbildungsinhalten gehören:
Einarbeitung in die gesamte Prozesskette zur Herstellung von Mikrostrukturen auf Folien- und Platten mittels Nanoimprint
Einrichtung, Bedienung, Steuerung, Überwachung sowie Instandhaltung der Produktionsanlagen unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Produktqualität
Rüsten, Einfahren, Bedienung und Reinigung von Anlagen
Betreuung der Produktionsprozesse und Eingreifen bei Störungen
Maschinen- und Anlagenpflege
Kontrolle und Optimierung des Produktionsprozesses für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft von Produktionsanlagen durch Wartung sowie Inspektion
Schulbildung: mittlerer Schulabschluss / mittlere Reife
Schulnoten: gute bis befriedigende Leistungen in den Fächern Mathematik, Physik und Chemie
