The role oversees all financial, accounting, legal, HR, IT, and administrative operations to support the company's scale-up. Key duties include managing the general ledger, preparing GAAP-compliant statements, handling corporate legal matters, and leading personnel management.
Requires 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and operations with a bachelor's degree and expertise in GAAP and audit preparation. A CPA, MBA, or experience in biotech/life sciences is preferred.
