Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee knowledge, communication, and professional skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about learning and development, capable of conducting engaging training sessions, and committed to improving employee performance through effective training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Onboarding training for new employees.
  
• Deliver soft skills, communication, process, and behavioural training programs.
  
• Identify training needs and develop training plans accordingly.
  
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning content.
  
• Conduct refresher and developmental training sessions for employees.
  
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking.
  
• Work closely with department managers to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.
  
• Maintain training records, attendance, and training reports.
  
• Continuously update training content based on business and organizational requirements.
  
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
  
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  
• 5–8 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.
  
• Experience in the Healthcare/BPO/Service industry is an added advantage.
